Company Information
Rush Exploration Inc. (Rush), formerly Rush Metals Corp., is an exploration-stage Company engaged principally in the acquisition, exploration, and if warranted and feasible, development of natural resource properties in North America. The Company's primary focus in the natural resource sector is gold. On July 15, 2009, the Company entered into a Property Option Agreement giving the Company the exclusive right and option to acquire a 100% interest in a mineral exploration permit covering the Mammoth property located in Prince George, British Columbia. The Mammoth Property is consists of 102 mineral tenure claims and covers approximately 47,000 hectares. In addition, the Company is subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty to the optioner upon production. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had not generated revenue.
