Company Information
QR Energy, LP (QR Energy) owns and acquires producing oil and natural gas properties in North America. The Company's properties consist of mature, legacy onshore oil and natural gas reservoirs with long-lived, predictable production profiles. It designs and manages the development, recompletion or workover for all of the wells it operates and supervises operation and maintenance activities. It does not own the drilling rigs or other oil field services equipment used for drilling or maintaining wells on the properties it operates. The Company's properties are located across four producing regions and consist of onshore oil and natural gas reservoirs with production profiles. On October 1, 2011, the Company acquired oil and natural gas properties from Quantum Resources Fund. In April 2012, it acquired oil properties from Prize Petroleum, LLC, which are located in the Ark-La-Tex area.
