Convergys Corporation (Convergys) is engaged in customer management. The Company operates 70 contact centers averaging approximately 71,000 square feet per center. The Company has approximately 45,000 production workstations and provides service around the clock. The Company's contact centers employ a range of technology, including digital switching, intelligent call routing and tracking, workforce management systems, case management tools, software systems, computer telephony integration, interactive voice response, advanced speech recognition, Web-based tools and relational database management systems. On May 16, 2012, the Company sold its Information Management line of business to NetCracker Technology Corporation (NetCracker), a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC Corporation (NEC).
