The Company's tools include its email marketing, social media marketing, event marketing, local deals and survey products. Engagement marketing is marketing to customers, clients and fans to create interest through an ongoing dialog. Its email marketing product allows small organizations to create, send and track professional and affordable permission-based email marketing campaigns. In June 2012, it acquired SinglePlatform. In January 2012, it acquired CardStar.
