Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. holds a 75% interest in Whistler Mountain Resort Limited Partnership (Whistler L.P.) and Blackcomb Skiing Enterprises Limited Partnership (Blackcomb L.P.), and together with Whistler L.P.,( the Partnerships) carry on the four season mountain resort business and operations (Whistler Blackcomb) at the Resort Municipality of Whistler. Whistler Blackcomb is a mountain ski resort destination. Whistler Blackcomb features two adjacent and integrated mountains, Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain, with 200 marked runs, over 8,000 acres of skiable terrain, 14 alpine bowls and three glaciers and is located adjacent to pedestrian villages located at the base of Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain.
