Company Information
Uni-Select Inc. is a distributor of replacement parts, equipment, tools and accessories and of paint products and body shops accessories for motor vehicles in North America. The Company operates in two divisions: the independent merchants and major accounts division and the Stores division. Its network is composed of more than 3,200 independent distributors and 450 corporate stores in Canada and in the United States and supplies service tens of thousands of repair and body shops through its 58 distribution centers. The independent merchants and major accounts division supplies automotive parts and accessories through its 64 distribution centers. The Stores division offers installers and consumers the same products through its 424 stores. Uni-Select has a network of independent automotive parts wholesalers, with nearly 2,500 clients and 3,500 points of sale. On January 11, 2011, it completed the purchase of FinishMaster, Inc. In October 2011, the Company acquired Parts Depot.
