Company Information
Tesla Exploration Ltd. (Tesla) formerly Norex Exploration Services Inc., provides geophysical and related services in Canada. Tesla operates internationally through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Tesla Exploration International Ltd., and Tesla Exploration Trinidad Ltd., and in the United States through Tesla Exploration Inc., and Tesla Offshore LLC (Tesla Offshore). It provides seismic land data acquisition in a multitude of environments in Canada through Tesla Canada, in the United States through Tesla USA, in Trinidad through Tesla Trinidad and in the United Kingdom, Europe and Africa through Tesla International. Tesla Offshore operates geophysical hazard surveys and provides positioning services for construction and diving operations in the Gulf of Mexico using its own vessel and other chartered vessels. Tesla business has three segments: North American Land Seismic Acquisition consisting of Tesla Canada, Tesla USA and Tesla Trinidad, Tesla International, and Tesla Offshore.
