Company Information
Tuscany International Drilling Inc. (Tuscany) is engaged in the business of providing contract drilling and workover services to the oil and gas industry in South America and central Africa. As of December 31, 2011, Tuscany's fleet consisted of 41 rigs plus one operated work-over rig. In Colombia, Tuscany has 15 rigs available with 14 under contract. Tuscany has 10 rigs available for service in Brazil and has six rigs under contract. In Africa, it has four rigs in Gabon with three under contract. Tuscany has two drilling rigs and one work over rig under a management contract in the Republic of Congo. On May 19, 2011, the Company acquired Drillfor Perfuracoes do Brasil Ltda. On September 15, 2011, the Company acquired through its wholly owned subsidiary, TRL, all interests in Caroil.
