Raging River Exploration Inc. (Raging River) is a junior oil and gas producer. As of March 28, 2012, the Company was focused in the Kindersley area of Saskatchewan. It announced that its previously announced Plan of Arrangement (the Arrangement) involving Raging River, Wild Stream Exploration Inc. (Wild Stream) and Crescent Point Energy Corp (Crescent Point) closed on March 15, 2012. Under the terms of the Arrangement, Crescent Point acquired Wild Stream. As of March 28, 2012, it participated in the drilling of 23 (17.8 net) Viking horizontal oil wells in the greater Dodsland area. As of March 28, 2012, it completed shooting and interpretation of a 15 square mile three dimensional (3D) seismic program over a portion of its Dodsland south acreage. In May 2012, the Company acquired the Viking light oil assets in the Dodsland area of southwest Saskatchewan. Through this Raging River acquired 175 barrels per day netback of Viking light oil production and 21.5 net sections undeveloped land.
