Company Information
Richelieu Hardware Ltd. is an importer, distributor and manufacturer of specialty hardware and related products. Its products are focused to the customer base of kitchen and bathroom cabinet, furniture, and window and door manufacturers plus the residential and commercial woodworking industry, as well as hardware retailers, including renovation superstores. The product categories include functional cabinet hardware and assembly products for the manufacture of furniture and kitchen cabinets, decorative hardware products, high-pressure laminates, decorative and functional panels, kitchen accessories, ergonomic workstation components, finishing products, whiteboards and tackboards. On March 14, 2011, the Company acquired 85% interests of Provincial Woodproducts Ltd. In May 2012, the Company acquired CourterCo Inc., a distributor of specialty and decorative hardware. Effective March 21, 2013, the Company acquired CourterCo Savannah LLC.
