Company Information
Panoro Minerals Ltd. (Panoro) is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company, through Panoro Apurimac S.A., owns 13 properties located in the prospective Andahuaylas-Yauri Copper Belt south of Cuzco, Peru, including Antilla, Cotabambas, Kusiorcco, Chochasayhuas, Alicia, Promesa, Pistoro Norte, Sancapampa, Humamantata, Pataypampa, Anyo, Morosayhuas and Checca. This belt hosts a range of copper and copper-gold deposits. The Antilla copper-molybdenum project (7,400 hectares) is at an advanced stage of exploration. The Cotabambas (9,900 hectares) project includes a range of copper-gold deposits. The Kusiorcco project is located near HudBay Minerals' Constancia project. The 5,836 hectare Cochasayhuas property is located about 20 kilometers west of Xstrata Copper's Las Bambas project. It has a 100% interest in 12 mineral concessions totaling 8,200 hectares located in the Province of Chiclayo.
