PHX Energy Services Corp. (PHX Energy) is an oil and natural gas services company. The Company, through its subsidiary entities, provides horizontal and directional technology and drilling services to oil and natural gas producing companies in Canada, the United States, Albania, Peru, Russia, and Colombia. PHX Energy develops and manufactures its E-360 electromagnetic (EM) and P-360 positive pulse measurement while drilling (MWD) technologies that are made available for internal operational use. The Company operates in the Canadian provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Manitoba; in the Gulf Coast, Northeast and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States, and internationally in Albania, Peru, Russia and Colombia. PHX Energy's Canadian operations are conducted through Phoenix Technology Services LP, its United States operates through Phoenix Technology Services USA Inc.
