Angle Energy Inc. (Angle Energy) is an exploration-focused oil and natural producer. The Company's primary focus areas are located in Alberta and the producing base is high working interest operated liquids-rich natural gas and light crude oil. Its principal areas include Harmattan, Ferrier, Edson and Lone Pine Creek. Harmattan is located approximately 80 kilometers northwest of Calgary near the town of Sundre, Alberta. As of December 31, 2011, it had drilled 83 gross wells in the Harmattan area. Ferrier is located approximately 12 kilometers south of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. During the year ended December 31, 2011, it drilled five gross wells in the Ferrier region. The greater Edson area is located approximately three kilometers east of the town of Edson, Alberta. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's Edson area properties consisted of 88,318 controlled net acres of land. As of December 31, 2011, its Lone Pine Creek property consisted of 56,246 controlled net acres of land.
