Meadow Bay Gold Corporation (Meadow Bay Gold), formerly Meadow Bay Capital Corporation, is a mining and exploration company engaged in developing Atlanta Gold and Silver in Nevada, the United States. It has 10,000 acres of mining and exploration claims in four projects: The Atlanta Gold Mine, Western Knolls, PEG and Limestone Hills. On January 21, 2011 it entered into a letter of intent to acquire Desert Hawk Resources Inc. (Desert Hawk). Desert Hawk is a mining and exploration company with three gold projects in Nevada, including an option on producing Atlanta Gold and Silver Mine, the Colorback Gold Project and the Spruce Mountain Molybdenum, Copper, Silver Project. The Colorback Gold Project is on the Battle Mountain trend 12 miles north of Pipeline. The Spruce Mountain Gold and Silver Project are located in Elko County and consisted of 63 unpatented lode claims. On June 30, 2011, it entered into an agreement to acquire 135 unpatented mining claims contiguous with Atlanta property.
