Company Information
Kincora Copper Limited (Kincora), formerly Brazilian Diamonds Limited, is a development-stage resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties with a focus on copper/gold projects in Mongolia. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's key asset was the Bronze Fox copper-gold project located in southeast Mongolia along the Oyu Tolgoi copper belt. The Bronze Fox Project is located approximately 140 kilometers to the northeast of the Oyu Tolgoi copper/gold project, and approximately 250 kilometers from the Chinese border. On July 18, 2011, the Company announced the closing of the transactions related to the acquisition of a 75% interest in Kincora Group Limited (KGL), a company that holds the Bronze Fox copper/gold project (the Bronze Fox Project) in Mongolia.
