Company Information
US Financial 15 Split Corp. is a mutual fund company. The Company invests primarily in a portfolio of common shares (the Portfolio), which will include each of the 15 United States financial services companies, such as American Express Company, Bank of America Corp., Bank of New York Mellon Corp., Citigroup Inc. CME Group Inc., Fifth Third Bancorporation, Goldman Sachs Group Inc., J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Morgan Stanley, PNC Financial Services Group Inc., Regions Financial Corp., State Street Corp., Suntrust Banks Inc., US Bancorp. and Wells Fargo & Co. The Company may also invest up to 20% of its net asset value in equity securities of issuers other than the 15 financial services companies. The manager and the investment manager of the Company is Quadravest Capital Management Inc. (Quadravest).
