Company Information
Canyon Services Group Inc. (Canyon) operates in the oilfield services industry. It provides specialized stimulation services to exploring for and producing (E&P) Companies operating in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Advanced stimulation technology deployed by the Company includes the use of specialized fracturing and acidizing equipment, together with materials chemically engineered to develop and implement treatment solutions. The stimulation services provided include hydraulic fracturing, high-rate nitrogen fracturing, coiled tubing, and chemical stimulation and remedial cementing services. Canyon developed the Grand Canyon process to introduce a deformable, light-weight proppant (LWP) into a pure nitrogen gas, fluid or foam stream. Its services are marketed and operated under the name Canyon Technical Services Ltd. The hydraulic fracturing division offers a complete line of hydraulic fracturing services and fluid systems.
