Company Information
Eagle Energy Trust (the Trust) is an unincorporated open-ended limited purpose trust. The Trust is an energy trust that provides investors with a publicly traded, petroleum focused, distribution producing investment. The Trust focuses to invest in operating subsidiaries that will acquire onshore petroleum reserves and production with unexploited low risk development potential, located in certain regions of the United States. It owns an average 74.75% working interest in the Salt Flat Field. During the year ended December 31, 2011, a total of 21 (16.8 net) horizontal oil wells were drilled in the Salt Flat Field. In May 2012, the Company acquired petroleum producing properties in the Permian Basin located near Midland, Texas.
