The Company is engaged in the development of intellectual property (IP) related to table game bonusing, IP license management, and the lease and sale of table game bonusing technology. Its activities primarily include the manufacturing and sale of auxiliary systems suitable for casino gaming tables, the management of licenses and the collection of royalties. DEQ's patents and products include side bet bonusing with progressive and random jackpot prizes and slot machine style mystery bonusing, multiple credit betting on the player's and dealer's hand, denomination betting flexibility, electronic credit bank, electronic rake, as well as baccarat and blackjack hand tracking. The Company's portfolio is recognized in more than 50 countries such as the United States of America, Macau, Australia and Canada. As of November 30, 2011, the Company's bonusing solutions and products are present in more than 275 casinos in over 30 countries.
