Company Information
DirectCash Payments Inc. (DCPayments) is a provider of automated teller machines (ATMs), debit terminals and prepaid products in Canada. A prepaid Visa product is also being introduced in DirectCash's Australia operations and in Canada in 2012. As of December 31, 2011, DCPayments, indirectly controlled (through DCPayments holding of the interests of DirectCash Management Inc. and the limited partnership units of DirectCash Limited Partnership (DirectCash LP)), 100% of the outstanding partnership units of the DirectCash ATM Processing Partnership (the Processing Partnership); 100% of the outstanding partnership units of the DirectCash ATM Management Partnership (the Management Partnership); 100% of the shares of DirectCash Acquisition Corp. (DirectCash Acquisition). On October 28, 2011 DirectCash Acquisition Corp. completed an acquisition of 100% interest of Dexit Inc. In July 2012, the Company acquired Customers Limited.
