Company Information
Centric Health Corporation is a healthcare services company. The Company generates its revenues by providing healthcare services, physiotherapy treatments, disability management, third-party medical assessments, physiotherapy network management, specialty pharmacy, and surgical services to its patients. Services also include homecare and physiotherapy to long-term care and retirement home residents, as well as sales of home medical equipment and orthotics. It operates in five segments: Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Surgical, Assessments and Retail Medical. On February 13, 2012, it acquired Motion Specialties Inc. On December 8, 2011, it acquired 75% interest in Performance Medical Group. On November 17, 2011, it acquired Classic Care Pharmacy Corporation. On August 17, 2011, it acquired all of the assets and businesses of Blue Water Rejuvenation Institute Inc., Blue Water Diagnostics Ltd. and Windsor Endoscopy Centre Ltd. (collectively Blue Water) and 75% interest in London Scoping Centre.
