Company Information
Calmena Energy Services Inc. (Calmena) is a diversified energy services company. Calmena provides well construction services to its customers operating in Canada, the United States, Latin America and the Middle East and North Africa. The Company services include contract drilling, directional services, wireline technologies, equipment rentals and frac fluids management. In Canada, it offers contract drilling, wireline technologies, equipment rentals and frac fluids management. In addition, it develops and manufactures directional drilling equipment in support of directional services worldwide from its product development center located in Calgary, Alberta. Contract drilling operates seven highly mobile, carrier mounted, top drive, single drilling rigs and one telescopic double rig complete with top drive and walking system. In April 2013, the Company announced the sale of its Wireline Technologies division to Keane Group Holdings, LLC.
