Cortex Business Solutions Inc. (Cortex) is a Canada-based service company, engaged in the supply of e-Commerce products and services. Accessing the Cortex Network enhances the exchange of business critical documents, such as purchase orders, receipts and invoices and business controls. Cortex has a service to fit any business needs. The Company's services include procure-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) integration services electronically connect Company's internal business systems to suppliers or customers via the Cortex Trading Partner Network. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2012(fiscal 2012), Cortex operates in two projects: to expand the Company's business into the United States of America (U.S.) and upgrade the Cortex Trading Partner Network to accelerate growth.
