Company Information
Brixton Energy Corp., formerly Pemberton Energy Ltd., is a Canada-based company. The Company's principal business is the acquisition, exploration and development of petroleum properties in Canada, specifically Alberta. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company acquired two sections of crown land (1,280 acres in total) in an area of Northern Alberta. These two sections are located near the Company's existing 8-25-95-5W5 Panny well. During fiscal 2010, the Company entered into an agreement to lease the subsurface mineral rights from basement to surface on an additional 80 acres of land in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. As of July 31, 2010, the Company held 25% working interest in the Panny well. The Company also holds mineral rights from surface to basement on a section of land (640 acres) contiguous to the Panny 8-25 well, as well as mineral rights from surface to basement on an additional section of land (640 acres) to the north of this production.
