Company Information
Alphamin Resources Corp. is engaged in the business of location, acquisition, exploration and, if warranted, development of mineral resource properties. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company incorporated two subsidiaries in the British Virgin Islands, Alphamin Holdings (BVI) Ltd. and Alphamin Resources (BVI) Ltd. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's exploration efforts was diversified to include, as its main focus, tin and rare earth properties in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It also holds base and precious metal prospects in Argentina and Mexico. On August 18, 2011, the Company completed the acquisition of a 70% interest in Mining and Processing Congo, SPRL. It has three lots: Lupita, La Huerta and La Pastoria totalling 4098 hectares in Guerrero state. It has three concessions totaling 14,465 hectares in area in Neuquen province. In July 2012, it acquired two permits surrounding the historic Manono Mine in Katanga Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
